A privilege, and in some cases an honour, to meet and discuss real food with its biggest champions: the chef, producer, promoter and food lover. The show is live and for one hour on a Friday from 3pm – 4pm we talk, eat drink, laugh and celebrate all that is on offer in the food world.
The chefs talk about where they come from, what they believe in, and in some cases will bring in fabulous dishes. The wine makers celebrate a drop with stories of where the vines began, and the producers talk about the challenges of growing and rearing the best produce on offer. We meet the talented business people behind successful food brands and try the new products that are delivered to my door daily. It is so much fun!
